I noticed three massive piles of rocks in the Old Refinery Park, I'm assuming it's mostly for river bank repairs however one of the piles is nice stones (the decorative type) like my image below while the majority are the large grey and brown ones they've been using to rebuild river banks.

Much larger versions of these (I think) on pallets but with a bit more red or rust coloring:
