I'd then stand up in front of a large crowd somewhere and yell "I'M RICH BYATCH!" (another one of those compulsive things).

I guess if I won 35 million I would set aside about 10 million to absolutely p*ss away, which would take a long time to do (and quite possibly my life) but hey, how much fun would that be????
