He's shown he's got a ton of skill and a serious motor, he's shown he's going to be a major piece going forward. However, he's also taken a "knock" or a "bump" a couple times already. Its also about teaching. Everyone knows its likely he isn't going to stay up, but he still needs to learn how to adjust to the NHL.
These last 2 pre-season games he is likely to face his toughest competition to date and will be an invaluable learning experience for him to take back to junior.
Also without knowing the severity or details of the injuries he has suffered thus far, a lot of message board doctors out there are making assumptions about his health that are most likely wrong.
