I could see this being handy for your outside walls of a basement if they are not framed/insulated but there is no reason to be using an insulating panel on interior walls.

I've used Dricore for a basement floor in the past and it is very easy to install and definitely makes a nice temperature difference.

I just don't see the value in this for walls though.

In addition did you look at the products they sell with this? Separate (more expensive panels) for outlets sections. Special compound and screws as well.
