I called today and got major attitude from the bar person that it was too many... can't guarantee anything... bla bla bla.

So they are out.

I am flexible for any venue, and if anyone in the south needs a lift I can help.

I would throw out the suggestion of Shanks. I know they will definitely have room and accommodate. I have done stuff like this before.
