Do a lot of walking around Old San Juan. Lots of cool sights, streets, and good little restaurants. You have to do a tour around the old fort. It's pretty huge and you can get some great pictures there, usually takes most of a day. There's a beautiful cemetery at the fort that overlooks the ocean.
