If non-voters/late voters are mostly mafia on day one, maybe its time to target a few non-voters and forge forward. I wouldn't agree none of the mafia has voted, but I would tend to agree that on the mafia thread they weren't encouraging early voting, whereas townies are trolling for info and tossing out votes helps even if you're wrong.
