Frankly I love this start for the Cowboys. The more that can be done to keep Romo and Garrett around the better for fans of every other NFL team. Still a 95% chance they finish 8-8 or within a game either way. The bigger takeaway from last night is how bad the Saints are. Could be a 6-10 season for them, defense has taken a big step back and so has the offense, though only one of those is surprising.
I think they have a shot at going 9-7 or 10-6. Their schedule looks really soft. They should be able to at least go 3-3 over their next 6 games and the run-in doesn't look particularly formidable at the moment.
