Ok. Sorry about that everybody. I am home now and will offer up a more thorough post as an apology. It will take the form of a list of reasons not to vote me out on day 1.
1) For activity, take a look at the last game. I was a pretty active poster for the entire time I was in the game.
2) The way the vote against me piled on. It seems likely that some of the pile-on folks are mafia. There is no logical reason to vote for me after enough votes have happened to "force" me to become active and explain myself. Everything after that is just a pile on, which is a great way to hammer a townie early in the game. If I was a mafioso, there would likely have been a few other mafia trying to divert attention.
3) Mazrim indicated this was a role heavy game. That makes it especially important to give people time before a lynching to reveal a potential role/other info. I'm not ready to comment on my role/lack of role just yet.
In case I do get lynched tonight, I have the following additional comment:
-Starseed was (in my opinion) easily the strongest player from the last game. Even though he's the one who started the voting for me, I think listening to him is probably a good idea initially. If he proves consistently uninformed, that would be inconsistent with how smart he demonstrated himself to be last game, and he should be considered a suspect.
