It's no coincidence that this newly found muslim decided to behead people in protest. That is what the religion preaches, so, he felt he was within his religious right, or duty, to do just that. Maybe if he hadn't been Muslim, and was Catholic, he'd have crucified his victim(s) instead.
The concern I have, is the threats being made by ISIS, and their obvious ability to recruit internationally, a person like the accused, is ideal for what they are trying to accomplish, and this first attack may only be the first of what could be many if ISIS has it's way.
Combining crazy people with any kind of stimulus and it can be dangerous. There have been killers who got their instructions from their dogs, or their rejection from woman or anything. saying that religion combined with insanity just to make a anti-religion point is kind of disingenuous.
