The pork chop at Carnevino at the Palazzo in Vegas. This is a Mario Batalli steakhouse, and they also have 11month aged steaks as well, which apparently tastes like blue cheese.

The pork chop blew me away. It was the most tender and moist pork chop I've ever eaten.
