I just don't see it if those three guys are healthy. You can only have so many of that guy in the role they play. The good thing is some AHL seasoning certainly will not hinder him in anyway.

Kind of disagree. I don't see Bouma and McGrattan as players in the same role. Bollig appears to be more towards Bouma than McGrattan, though I would like to see him in more games before passing judgement. Bouma isn't even a fighter - just a gritty and very solid defensive forward who can hopefully add more offence to his game.
Ferland is a guy who would maybe start on the 4th line, but who we hope turns into a great 3rd liner or hopefully a 2nd liner. He has more offensive upside than any of the players you are grouping him with, but can and will drop the mitts very well.
There is always room in a lineup for guys like this. I am not sure if he is NHL-ready or not, but would like to see him play a couple of regular season games against another team's full roster and see how he keeps up and looks out there.
An injury to any forward in the lineup may vault him into the NHL for a good look.
