It's really upsetting to hear how terrified and confused the poor guy was after being shot.

Unbelievable. How could a cop be this stupid?

Edit: Also thank god for video because this cop would have just likely got off easy saying he was reaching for his waist band a it appeared to be a gun or some stupid excuse like that.
