The Baertschi fanboys are getting annoying. Nobody here wants him to fail. Personally, I think he's up against it though. One thing's for sure, he needs to become far more consistent night in night out than he has been. Yesterday does not make him NHL ready. A solid remainder of camp without any nights off will go a long ways to helping his cause, though.
The "Sven is NHL ready, Johnny goes to the AHL" comments after one period last night were ridiculous though. It was one good period following a full lousy game. Let's stop that nonsense. How about we just wait and see, and hope for the best instead.
