Then I will look at it again in the future, but the issue with banking on the "But don't worry, it'll get better!" mantra is that by the time it is better there could be a better game that does what Destiny might eventually do. And now they're in a race against that game. If you have no early hook, you can easily end up missing the boat. Their release was good, but a 78% drop in sales from week one to week two (in the UK, mind you) is a pretty good indicator that the negative reviews have stopped this game from being a run away hit that could have an easy player base to draw from for DLC purchases, as opposed to hoping to draw them in later at a more difficult time.
