I would expect easily in that range, yes. Could be more, it's so hard to say at this point.

The last five NHL arenas that opened cost the following, adjusted to 2014 dollars according to wikipedia:
Consol Energy Center, Pittsburgh - $352M
Prudential Center, New Jersey - $375M (no adjustment figure given)
MTS Centre, Winnipeg - $180M
Gila River Arena, Phoenix - $282M
American Airlines Center, Dallas - $559M

For the recently built CFL stadiums, here are some more 2014 dollar figures:
TD Place, Ottawa - ~$247M
Tim Horton's Field, Hamilton - $145.7M
Investor's Group Field, Winnipeg - $210M (2013)
New Mosaic Stadium, Saskatchewan - est. $278M

Ball park things at $250M for football and $400M for an arena as a minimum. That's my guess.
