I got the 6, the 6+ was way too massive. The 6 was almost exactly the same as my Nexus 4 (slightly taller, slightly narrower, and a lot thinner).

I used to think that about the 3.5" screens as well, but going back to a 4S or even a 5S (same width as 4S) now the screens seem too small to use well. I think anyone will get used to it and appreciate it.
