I've posted before about these, but the threads were concert specific so I figured I'd start one where we can post about the concerts we've watched or exciting upcoming shows.
Last night was Drive By Truckers. I was looking forward to it for weeks. Unfortunately I had to be up at 4 AM yesterday. I didn't get off work until 7 PM. I thought I would probably get in on the last half of the show. Well, I found out it started at 10 PM my time.
I didn't make it. Watched half of the first song and then fell asleep on the couch, waking up at various moments and nodding off again. Finally, my wife made me get up at 1:30 AM and go to bed since I had to get up early for work again. They were still playing at that point.
I'm hoping that the concerts are available for replay for some period of time because not many bands play that long these days. It must have been a hell of a show.
