It's a caution to everyone. Unless you actively follow the specific teams these kids play on, no one knows these players better than the scouts that have been tracking them. And the annual freakouts that happen when picks are made that are "off the board" or if a poster had a different player in mind, are asinine.
But I guess if everyone just watched who we drafted and took a wait and see approach (as they should) before shooting their mouths off, this place wouldn't be as fun on draft day, or in general.

No one is untradable - and I never recall anyone saying give him away for less than he was worth, an example would be the Seguin trade rumours and packaging Johnny and Sven to Boston in order to obtain Seguin.
