Had a very solid offer, went C/S and they walked due to the "inspection"
The odd thing is, the inspection was one of the most flawless ones I have ever read. A couple of very minor issues which the seller took care of in a afternoon (screw missing on vent... little things like that)
Frustrating to say the least!
