I would think if you give reasonable notice (which I think you have with the 2 weeks notice) and they tell you to come to work for less time, they still have to honor your 2 weeks notice and pay you for the full two weeks.
I had this situation happen to me recently - gave two weeks and then was walked out that day (went to a competitor) and I got paid out the full two weeks. They tried to just pay me for only a few days, but I put a little pressure on them and they folded pretty easy.
