He wasn't hit with his head down, the replay clearly shows exactly what happened and you insisting that it was different makes me question your analytic skills. Sure Johnny said he had his down, that's his character, he did have his head down way before the elbow and visibly lifted it before the cheapshot as he is noticeably startled and slows down. I'm not telling you what he was thinking, I'm not telling you anything, the replay says everything. It was a cheap shot on a hit Gaudreau was 100% going to avoid while he had his head up, you want to deny that?

Pretty much done with you but one last time...you accused me of defending the hit and Corrado when I clearly did not, that is my biggest problem with you to be honest. Now closely followed by you questioning my analytic skills which I take as a personal insult and completely uncalled for. I haven't thrown any insults at you and you have laid down some pretty sweet beach balls for me to swing at.
Try not taking the quote from JG literally....yeah he got his head up at the last second but he is likely saying he should have had it up sooner...pay attention...head on a swivel???Maybe?? You think?
Yeah you were telling us what he's thinking because you claim to have intimate knowledge of his character....and for the last time,
I have never and never will defend the hit or claimed it was not a cheap shot so stop trying to put words in my mouth.
My whole point...before I got into this ridiculous argument with you, is this is not a rule changer type hit. There are rules for this stupidity and they were enforced. I also said there are plenty of other examples of hits and ammunition for rule changes out there..but this ain't one of them.
