So are you agreeing with using violence as a way to discipline people who do wrong? Isn't that what you're piling on Adrian Peterson for doing?

I love CP for many reason but one thing I hate is when members of CP jump on a subject, get on their high horse, and act like there aren't parts of both sides that might have aspects of being right. I was spanked as a child and I don't feel it was a form of child abuse. I feel like it was a punishment for doing wrong and it detracted me from doing wrong in the future. Are there other ways that people can ( and have tried) to discipline their children? Of course there are, but to come out and insinuate that all spanking is considered child abuse is ridiculous.
