It's a great point, and something I do worry about. Kinda the same idea of 'never meet your heroes', sometimes things don't live up to your expectations.
The other aspect that I'm excited about is having a push to Calgary. On a personal level, I have friends who have made the move and are constantly bothering me to jump over there as well knowing that it's something I have always wanted to do. Having a job with an organization I have always been involved in is a pretty strong incentive to start packing. Professionally, I have been impressed lately with the style they are trending towards. I see a lot that I can bring to further their design language, but I like the page their writing on.
