Are we seriously using "The rapist says he never raped her," argument? Because rapists are so well known for coming clean on raping people. By this argument, I can go back to my Graham James example. He's always maintained his innocence. I can virtually guarantee there wouldn't be a bunch of "he's awesome" post if this were an interview with him.

I was merely responding to your "he hasn't shown remorse yet" comment. Tyson hasn't shown remorse because he has always said he was innocent so not surprising he would not show remorse.
Tyson is no angel by any stretch of the imagination, but the case was weak from day one and the jury obviously didn't like him. The medical examiner's findings were pretty weak as well.
Oh and I might add that even some of the jurors after the fact believed he was innocent, but believed his defence was weak and didn't do enough to show his innocence.
Mike Tyson has always admitted his mistakes even after jail time, but he has been adamant about not being a rapist. He even offered to re-try the case just to clear his name and if he lost he would do the time all over again. I believe he is innocent. He is still an insane dbag most of the time, but I believe that woman was a liar.
