I bought one of those stove-top popcorn poppers a few months ago- great purchase. A TBSP or two of oil (I like peanut oil, but any oil works) and some fresh kernels makes the best stuff on earth. Better than the best theatre popcorn once you perfect your technique/recipe. I highly recommend getting one of these. The Bay has them.
I'm also really into spreading cream cheese or bruschetta on either Ryvita sesame rye crisps or on PC brand swedish toasts. Lactania mediterranean salsa spread is the best.
Beer makes a good snack too. Helps put me to bed late at night. Ha.
