As for trees, I'm losing poplar branches like crazy. My kid pointed one out and as we were looking, we watched a massive branch fall off the neighbours tree. As I was trying to take a picture for a 311 request for the one on my side, the tree beside me crashed down. I think I've had 4 large branches come off mine, the tree on my left is gone, the tree on the right lost two large ones and then multiple trees down my street have lost large branches. All you hear outside is eerie cracking sounds and the occasional rather loud crash.
The drive to the kid's school was even worse. Light standards in the power lines, trees in the road. It's going to be a huge mess.
