No most of the US is like that. That's why Apple talked about the security of current payment systems down there, with almost no one using the chip everything's magstripe. I think most of the rest of the world is already past it aren't they?

Next year is supposed to be when chip cards become a requirement (or something like that) in the US so that's probably when you'd see a big increase in NFC too.
