I think this argument has been fully abandoned by just about everyone but the most hardcore anti-Apple segment.
Seriously I know the OneplusOne, Nexus 5/4, Nexus 7, etc are all cheap but they are not equals. It has been proven in multiple tests that shoving a chip and a bunch of ram in a phone is like saying every V-8 out performs and out values every V-6. So much more to look at.
I think anyone who is holding a Oneplus should be happy, but don't for a second think you have a phone on par with a iPhone6 in terms of build quality. They are just different segments. It is like saying a Hyundai Genesis is basically a Mercedes Benz. Ya...No.
Sure you are paying a premium on the Benz but if that fit and finish and overall performance is what you desire then that is the car for you.
On a second note, I don't get the hate on for this phone. Who cares what they did or did not do first. There are so many phones no single one can be first on everything, they all copy each other. I personally think Apple did enough here to give a solid shot at top overall phone again. Lots to like, and if you are disappointed look to your own phone, what amazing thing does it do that Apple dropped the ball with here? If you can point one thing out, great keep your phone and be happy.
