If you watch the video Flash posted, or even do any research on the policies that Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Co. were implementing at the time, it's hard not to see how the rise of ISIS is anything but a direct result of those actions. The problem is/was that the Republican party and its stooges at Fox News effectively dismiss any of these claims as attacks by the "liberal media," and their supporters eat it up.
