at the Micro level, actual hockey game play is refreshing and passable.

My guess is that it gets a rating of 6-8 out of ten from the majority of gaming websites.
It's probably the best NHL game released in terms of how it plays.
I don't want to look at user ratings - that'll probably average a 2/10.
