Adding to cater to diversity is never a good thing if you ask me... You add because you believe the person you are adding is an asset for the task at hand. When the main factor is the colour of their skin or whats between their legs is the main driving factor, then it's process is completely flawed.

If you have two equal candidates and the only dividing factor is one is a minority and the other isn't...Then that's no different... as soon as you put colour or sex into any decision you are being sexist or raciest regardless which side of the line you walk. The only way we can ever achieve equality is by not using sex or colour period

Unless someone states the fact I have zero clue if a moderator is male/female/Black/white/pink or from Mars. And to be honest I really don't care.

I have been of forums before where I have been the minority and I've felt no different about my view in regards to that forum and I do here

If you feel something needs moderating then report it, if the site doesn't agree with you then you have the decision to not aline yourself with a site that doesn't share your views
