It's just funny, people say well a full season of Gio, Wideman and Glencross will make up for whatever. There are no guarantees any of them will be healthy or that we won't suffer other injuries that hamper the team.

Don't count on injuries but expect that they'll happen, especially when the team plays the way they did last year. Giving 100% effort 100% of the time will take it's toll on the players and it'll catch up with them. They'll either get injured or they'll start to tune out the coach and abandon the system if it's too tough on them.

A healthy season of Glencross could be 30 goals but it's about as likely that he misses the same amount of time.
