No they don't.
Remember the protesters with the tent town in Olympic Plaza? Their protest was ruled as protected speech, but in that case the court found that evicting them was a justifiable violation of their rights.
Same with public establishments, in cases where they can be women only there are court cases explaining why the violation of rights is justified. If you want to discuss the merits of the decision that's fine, but you are incorrect when you say absolutely zero exceptions.
