Let us get this straight, Ruddy actually rocks the hair cut and wasn't calling just to troll them, she legitimately wanted that hair cut. The person who is quoted in the star phoenix article is not the same person who called for the hair cut.
I still would have just said screw you then I will take my business elsewhere, you don't want it you don't get it, your loss. But again I think I don't fully understand the nature of these discriminatory cases as I have never had it happen to me. I can only empathize from the consumer view point.
