I had to pull up particle board in my living room, and it was a nightmare until a friend of mine lent me this big yellow bar and suddenly it was a piece of cake. I was pulling up boards by the sheet. What a difference.

BTW, just finished my kitchen tonight. It took a lot of work, but I figure I saved about 30k doing it myself.
