Your files are uploaded to a central server that can be digitally accessed from any device. Putting your naked pics (why you would do that in the first place, I have no idea) from your phone onto an online storage system is a pretty straightforward, and stupid, undertaking. You accepted the risks taking and uploading the pictures in the first place.
Am I missing something here?
