Robbing a jewelery store is morally wrong, but jewelery stores don't rely on moral arguments and public condemnation to prevent theft, they install security.

As I said earlier, I have a 20 yr old niece, and you can bet I'd point to this and say, "If you don't want this type of violation, don't be stupid enough to take nude photos with your cell phone" rather than saying "Go ahead and do whatever feels good, and shame on anyone who takes advantage."

Your comparisons don't make sense.

If you don't want naked pictures of yourself on the Internet, you shouldn't take naked pictures... but if a jewellery store doesn't want to be robbed, it can still carry jewellery?

Those are different rules you allow people to play by.

The important thing to remember is that whatever narrative you're going with, these were personal photos stolen from a personal collection, made accessible by a security breach in a system that is otherwise supposed to be protective of personal digital property.

It wasn't posted on the Internet, or uploaded for everyone to see. It was obtained illegally from a system that claims to be secure.
