Yeah, you still don't get it. The lady's opinion comes from a particular experience, and that's what she's talking about.
Or, you think my opinion on playing in the NHL is as valid as Ferrence's. Hmmm... could be that this lady's opinion on what constitutes sexual harassment, seeing as she was harassed, is worth more than some guy who (most likely) hasn't been a target.

Congrats on pointing out the obvious. Yeah, it's totally true that someone who's been a victim of sexual harassment knows more about what it's like to be a victim of sexual harassment. What I don't understand is the purpose served by making this point, other than to imply the arbitrary censorship of ideas and belittle the value of human compassion.
