Victoria police force under then then Cheif Jamie Graham was deplorable. If you look up the history while he was police Chef here there was a staggering amount of charges and convictions of police offers during his tenure.
For #### sakes he disclosed they had an undercover officer driving a bus for the Olympic protesters !!
We never had black and white fleet either until he wanted tax payers to pay to paint all the cars to those Colours his reasoning was the presented a more intimidating presence.
He would come out and publicly defend them then apologize after they were convicted.
The new cheif we have has cleaned up the department much better since he left under a year ago.
