There is an element of all that - but reality is, whites have been the "dominant" force in north america for 500 hundred years..black people have gone through slavery and up until 50 years ago weren't even allowed to sit on the same bus in the US or play in the same baseball league amongst many other things - you don't recover from that quickly

Poverty and low standard of living in in black dominated countries continue to feed that monster - ( you can trace some of that back to imperialism).

That group of people has endured some hard core oppression from Europeans, North Americans and from their own rebel groups today - it's a vicious cycle
