When we were all said and done I asked him him for his badge number. He refused. I asked him do you know it is illegal for him to refuse to disclose his I.d. to me . Right then and there he said I was going to be detained. When I asked him why he just said "because I say you are"
We get to the station they throw me in a one person cell for 6 hours then released me. They never said one word why when I asked the out take officer . Just gave me my things back but when I asked her about the badge number of the arresting officer she did provide it.
I then made a formal complaint which took forever to resolve but they did reprimand him in the end at least.
