Legally you are wrong. (Not saying that's what you are arguing, I know you're more making the 'common sense' argument) There is no reason or precedent for arrest there. You might feel it's ok to wave it away under the guise of 'hey that's reality, that's how things work' and that is precisely why Flash and I disagree. If that is reality, that's a bad thing for everyone. And if it's a reality for certain races, than that's profiling and racism.
Either way, it's wrong. Plain and simple. Legally wrong, and morally wrong.

In his own mind. The store owner called the police for some reason, the police only know one side (what was called in) and should be trying to get his side. I would be more then happy to tell my side if I was innocent of everything. The lady kinda is but the male who arrives certainly is not. The police handled this horribly, but the guy filming certainly did not help his cause.
