There are a few times where I've seen cars driven like in GTA; straight through stop signs, on the left side of the road, swerving into merge lanes or not picking a lane at all. Every single time it's been someone on their cellphone not looking at the road for extended periods of time.
That's the issue, your eyes should be on the road 100% of the time and some people make the roads exponentially more dangerous thinking looking down at a screen at any amount of time is safe. I've pulled up beside some of these people and yelled/honked at them so they get their eyes on the road. If a cop ever can do that to someone it should be a huge fine and demerits.
