I dont' use transit or the education system but I pay for it. I don't use libraries, the airport tunnel, the cycle path or pools but I pay for it. If I move to High River I have the exact same problem on a smaller scale. Get over it already.

Use it or not there is nothing wrong with questioning a $5 billion dollar price tag on a piece of public infrastructure. That's $1,250/Albertan to pay for this segment of road. Is a ring road required? Sure. Is one of this scale required? I don't really know...
