Open Batch
OK folks our next batch is an open batch - any free agent is eligible to be signed.
Same rules as previous batches but there is no list - any player listed as a free agent on the cphl site can be inked to a deal.
If you see a player on the list that you aren't sure is retired or not - please ask the league.
As with previous batches you must have cap space for all your offers.
