The demo was alright. Played it a few times last night and was impressed with a couple little things and see some potential with others. But at the end of the day, I fail to see anything truly ground breaking.

And of course, I am now truly failing to see why EA couldnt implement EASHL and GM Connected. Speaking with a couple guys from my EASHL club, one theory is that EA has nothing going for the NHL 16 so they have forecasted sales to drop. So to mitigate that, they have chosen to release multiplayer in NHL 16 to give the customer something "new". Agree or disagree... its an opinion and a perspective. Have a better one? Please share. If not...

Moving on...

The crowd was alright. I look forward to seeing the crowd holding Flames signs and seeing girls in the stands with signs that say "Stajan, score a goal for me" and the girl having a really disapointed look on her face.

As for game play, I think im most impressed with the player movement. The player seems alot more crisp and fluid and less like a pudgy cartoon.

I wasnt overly impressed with the puck. It almost felt like they tried so hard to fix it that they almost broke it. I barely hold down th pass button for arocket pass. Infact it feels all passed are rocket passes. I dunno.. Something still feels off with it. But I do like the proper bounces on the dump in.

Overall, im looking forward to the evolution of the game... But I am still really failing to see why they could not have included EASHL and GM Connected but were able to do HUT.. I just dont get it. There is absolutely nothing ground breaking here.

** Oh and like OOTQ, I also would get breakaways and suddenly spin move and get checked.. WTF is with that ??!
