From the sounds of it, you don't live in Calgary, and the company you are looking at is not a well known company. So in the time it took you to start a thread, asking for people from a different city, based on their experiences with other companies, how much you should expect to be charged, maybe the most reasonable thing to do, would have been to pick up the phone, or hit the "Contact us" button on the company in questions website (if they have one) and ask them directly what they charge, based on your requirements?

I get leveraging a community for knowledge and experience when you are attempting to do something yourself, without past experience, like a DIY project, or Purchasing a house/car/other big item, but when you're looking for a quote on something a company offers, doesn't it just make sense to deal with them?

It'd be different if you asked for people's past experience with moving companies, and recommendations and approximate costs, but you seem to have one in mind, and are asking about costs by load weight and mileage..... that's something that differs by company..
