I think it helps Burger King in Canada without a doubt as they will be able to build Burger King/Tim Hortons outlets like they have done with Wendy's. That will bring more customers to Burger King that otherwise would not eat there. I don't pretend to have read all their plans and if they plan on selling Tim Hortons Coffee at Burger King stores to compete with McDonalds but if they go that route and Burger King is a place you can get a double double that would help bring customers.
