This is crazy that Burger King essentially wants to acquire Tim Horton's so it can be based in Canada and pay a more advantageous corporate tax rate.

Tim Horton's did the reverse years back and only returned because the advantage in the US eroded and was better here. They pump Canadiana to hook people in and were willing to bail on this country without hesitation to increase the bottom line. It truly is shameful that they continue to tout it.
